God and Genes

Different degrees of belief and disbelief in God may have a genetic basis. It is not that belief-disbelief is a contrasting character pair and mono-genic. Different degrees are involved. Before the final expression it is considerably modified by cultural factors. However the final expression at the population level is considerably skewed towards belief. 

Biology of human activities

All human activities have biological basis. Art, philosophy, aesthetics, belief, culture and politics have biological  basis. They are part of our survival as a species.
